We have introduced our Early years to the history of Remembrance Day.
Using the Remembrance Day theme, the children were able to meet a range of EYFS and National Curriculum links, particularly those relating to history, British values, and understanding of people/communities. We even made a lemon cake decorated with a red poppy on top. 🥧
