Staffroom

Welcome to our Staffroom page. At Stanborough Primary, we believe that our students thrive when supported by a dedicated, professional, and caring staff. Our team is central to delivering outstanding education, nurturing children’s potential, and upholding the ethos and values that make our school such a special place to learn and grow.

Collaboration & Professionalism
Our staffroom is more than just a list of names; it is a community. Teachers, support staff, and leadership work in close partnership to plan, reflect, and continuously improve. Ideas, feedback, and innovation are welcomed. We value ongoing professional development, sharing best practice, and supporting one another. Whether it is curriculum design, wellbeing initiatives, or interventions for learning, teamwork is at the heart of all we do.

Values & Wellbeing
We believe that every staff member should feel respected, heard, and supported. We strive to maintain high morale through open communication, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to the welfare of both pupils and staff. Wellbeing isn’t an afterthought, it is built into our routines, culture, and expectations. When staff are well, safe, and valued, they can bring their best selves into the classroom, and that benefits every child.

Contribution & Roles
Each person in our staffroom has an important role: from teachers delivering lessons and fostering academic growth; to support staff enabling smooth, safe, and positive daily school life; to leaders ensuring vision, strategy, and safeguarding. Whether working with classes, planning enrichment, managing pastoral care, or coordinating administration, the breadth of our staff’s contributions is vast and essential.

Looking Forward
We are proud of what we achieve together at Stanborough. We are committed to growing our skills, deepening our collaboration, and ensuring that every child receives the excellent education they deserve. Thank you to every member of our staff – you are fundamental to our school’s success.
