National Fitness Day 2022 was a chance to highlight the role physical activity plays in our health and wellbeing! Today, our school (including all teachers) took part in a variety of fun physical activities. It is important to raise awareness of its importance in assisting us to lead a healthier lifestyle through being physically active.
