Fantastic Natural History Museum in Tring – Early Years School Trip

Early years had an amazing opportunity to visit the Natural History Museum at Tring. The children were fascinated by the

animals on display and showed great enthusiasm and curiosity  throughout the visit. It was a fantastic way to link our learning about history and the past to a real-life experience.

Our enthusiastic mini-explorers enjoyed the informative workshop and had a chance to touch some of the extensive exhibits. It’s very much a case of ‘the more you look, the more you see’ so it’s worth walking around more than once. The children were particularly delighted in opening the wooden cases to look at the bugs and butterflies.

Psalms 148:7-12

”Praise the LORD from the earth, you great sea creatures and all ocean depths, lightning and hail, snow and clouds, stormy winds that do his bidding, you mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars, wild animals and all cattle, small creatures and flying birds, kings of the earth and all nations, you princes and all rulers on earth, young men and women, old men and children.”
