Dear Parents and Carers,
We do hope that you are well. From tomorrow we will be entering into a period of remote learning for our pupils. We know that remote education isn’t always straightforward and there can be a number of factors that need to consider, especially around ensuring that all children feel comfortable and are familiar with the whole concept.
Please see that attached guide which has been created by National Online Safety to help parents and carers support their child in getting the most out of their remote education experience.
In the guide, you’ll find tips on a number of potential issues such as creating a safe learning environment, adhering to school policies and making sure the appropriate systems and communication channels are in place so that educators, parents and carers get the most out of their remote education experience.
We are looking forward to welcoming your children back to school albeit online.
Many thanks,
Mrs T Madden
