Did you know that wellbeing is a part of safeguarding? In school, we are encouraging students to understand and manage their own wellbeing.

We have recently updated our student safeguarding display, which enables students to information on keeping themselves safe as it includes posters about keeping safe in the sun to road safety guidance. We have also introduced a wellbeing box outside the office for children to post a note if they would like some help or advice from a member of the wellbeing team.

The team is made up of Mrs Horwood, Mrs Madden, Mrs Adewole and Mrs Dean (Aunty Becca).

Wellbeing is a state of being healthy, happy and prosperous, and includes safety, stability and permanency for a student at school. We as a school have a duty of care to all children in our school and their wellbeing is of the upmost priority.
