Dear Parents and Carers,
We have been informed today that Mr James, Headteacher of Stanborough Secondary School has taken a precautionary measure to close the school as there is an adult close to the secondary school that is being treated for ‘suspected coronavirus’.
At this point in time, we are NOT closing our school unless advised by the Public Health for England. However, should you wish to collect your son or daughter early today (siblings of Secondary School Students only) we will, of course, allow this.
As I must ensure that your children are kept safe, I have taken the precautionary measure to cancel the Football club this evening as we do not want additional adults in and out of our school at this time. The staff will provide an afterschool provision for children who are booked to attend an afterschool club this evening. Please can you ensure that you collect your children promptly at 4:45pm.
