Dear Parents and Carers,
I do hope that you are all well. I am sorry to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances our Introductory Parent Meeting has been rescheduled to take place on Tuesday 15th September 2020 at 7:30pm via Zoom. We will send you the login details on Tuesday morning.
The format of the Zoom meeting will be as follows:
· Address by the Chair of Governors
· Address by the Headteacher
· Address by Class Teachers (individual break out rooms)
· Address by HSA Chair and Treasurer
· Final remarks and Prayer
Later today you will receive the following documents in preparation for our meeting next week:
· Class Welcome Pack
· Covid-19 Handbook
· Updated Parent Handbook
You will be allowed to ask questions during the breakout sessions during the meeting next week.
Please note the Introductory meeting will be recorded as we are mindful that some of our parents will need to attend more than one break out session with their children’s teacher.
Finally, I would like to thank you for keeping to the one-way system during drop off and collection times as this helps us to keep our school community safe. I am continually amazed by our children who have adapted swimmingly to our new routines and procedures.
We look forward to seeing you all virtually next Tuesday, 15th September 2020, at 7:30pm.
