Fire! Fire!

This week we have been learning all about fire. Our bible story was all about how God protected three friends in a fiery furnace.

We then focussed on fire safety as we learnt about the celebration of bonfire night, there was a man a long time ago, named Guy Fawkes who did not practice fire safety!!

We practiced our fire safety with a pretend fire and we are pleased to announce we have been awarded our fire safety officer badges.

We made the following rules:

1. That when there is a fire we must always stand back.
2. We must always have an adult with us if we are by a bonfire.
3. We never touch the fire.
4. We never touch fireworks.
