Value of the Week: Democracy and the rule of law (Parliament week)
The staff and I are very much looking forward to welcoming the children back to school tomorrow from 8:25am.
PE & Outdoor Learning Sessions:
These sessions will continue as before. Please do ensure that your children wear the correct PE kit and suitable outdoor clothing, waterproofs and wellies, for outdoor learning sessions
Parent Consultations:
Our remote parent consultation meetings will take place on Wednesday 4th November and Thursday 5th via Zoom appointments with the class teacher. If you haven’t already done so, please contact Mrs Warwick at the school office and she will try to accommodate your time preference. We look forward to sharing your child’s progress with you.
Flu Vaccinations:
This will take place on Monday 9th November 2020. You will have already received a separate letter giving you further information on the vaccinations for all children from Reception to Year 6. Whether you will opt in or opt out of the vaccinations, the form should be returned to school- please remember to add your child’s NHS number to the form.
School Lunches:
HCL provide school lunches Monday – Friday (£2.50 per day), please see the NEW menu below for Autumn Term 2020 and remember to pre-order your child’s meal choice (especially the younger children). Please pay for school meals in advance via the school office (wearing a face covering) or preferably via bank transfer to the school account with the reference of your child’s name DINNERS. If you wish to pay for the whole Autumn Term (2nd half) there are 32 days in total which is £80.00.
Face Coverings:
Thank you to all parents and carers who have been wearing face coverings. You are all playing our part and protecting our school community. Please note it will be compulsory to wear face coverings when visiting the school office from Tuesday 3rd November 2020.
