WELLBEING NEWS

“Let all that you do, be done in love.”

1st Corinthians 16:14

What’s new this week?

This week we have introduced, Wellness Wednesday. Every Week, there will be a greater emphasis on our school community’s well-being and mental health. We will be sharing various activities for you to complete by yourselves or with your families.

The Wellbeing Grid is now ready for you with 50 activities for you to start and tick off during lockdown. Please remember to let us know how you get on; we would love to see what you get up to. You can email or post on Class Dojo.

Have you heard of a vision board?

You can learn a lot of essential life skills while creating your vision boards. For starters, vision boards encourage children and young people to dream big.

Furthermore, vision boarding introduces you to the concept of goal setting. It’s never too early for you to learn the importance of setting goals and being accountable for their success. Goal setting also boosts your confidence.

For every goal achieved, you will learn to believe in yourselves. That’s the seed of the growth mind-set planted in the minds of the young.

You are not too young or old to begin a vision board, be creative!!

Keep well, stay safe, and be kind!!
